Berkshire County resident Eulies Rosado, age 51, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty in federal court in Springfield to six counts of distribution of and possession with intent to distribute heroin, according to the US Attorney’s Office.
US Attorney Nathaniel Mendell said this week that between March 2017 and August 2017, Rosado admitted to distributing heroin to a cooperating witness on six separate occasions, including five times at his Pittsfield home.
Rosado was indicated in January 2019 on the charges.
When he is sentenced on Friday, Nov. 19, Rosado will face a sentence of up to 20 years, with three years of supervised release. He is also subject to a fine of up to $1 million.
